Returns Policy

• You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.
• You pay the return shipping. Please use a tracked service: the package is your responsibility until it reaches us.
• Once the piece arrives and we have checked it, we refund what you paid for it and its original shipping to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.

The piece must come back in the same condition it left in:

• Graded slabs, holders and capsules intact: not cracked out, opened or re-holdered.
• Original packaging, box and certificate of authenticity, if it came with any.
• Not cleaned, altered or damaged after delivery.

If a piece comes back in a different condition, we will contact you before deciding on a refund.

• Signed in? Open your account, find the order, and choose Message Jeremy about this order. Your order confirmation email has the same link.
• No account, or no message link? Use the Contact page and include your order number.
• Please wait for our reply before sending anything back. We will send you the return address.

On eBay, Jeremy usually responds within 24 hours.

If a piece is not what the listing described, or it arrived damaged, tell us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the piece and the packaging.

• We pay the return shipping and send you a prepaid label.
• We refund you in full, including what you paid for shipping.
• Keep the box and packing materials exactly as they arrived. The Postal Service may ask to see them for a damage claim.

If your package never arrives, see Damaged or missing packages and contact us as soon as you can.

• Bullion is not sold on this site. It is sold on our eBay store under eBay's terms, where those listings do not accept returns and eBay's Money Back Guarantee covers an item that is not as described.
• Auctions are bought on eBay, and live-sale wins on Whatnot. Those orders follow eBay's or Whatnot's return terms, so start the request on that platform.
